Order Intake
Orders, revenue and channel mix for today, yesterday, 7 or 30 days — consolidated or split by channel.
Uniligo pulls Shopify and Brightpearl into a single reconciled ledger, so intake, fulfilment pace, backlog and aging finally agree on one number.
SO‑109842 · Shopify says Fulfilled, Brightpearl says Picked.
Shopify and Brightpearl are live — the rest are on the roadmap
Figures from Uniligo's own reference dataset. Your numbers depend on catalogue size and provider rate limits.
All-in-one surface for order, fulfilment and channel management.
Orders, revenue and channel mix for today, yesterday, 7 or 30 days — consolidated or split by channel.
How fast you are shipping against what is coming in, broken out by stage and warehouse.
Open orders bucketed by hours waiting, so the ones sitting since Friday cannot hide inside a total.
Set the targets you are judged on with good, watch and critical thresholds, then watch them trend.
Every order your systems disagree about, with the exact field and the value each side holds. Nothing resolved silently.
One page at close of day: what shipped, what slipped and what needs a decision before tomorrow.
Shopify counts an order when it is paid. Your ERP counts it when stock leaves. Uniligo matches both on external reference, names the field that differs and keeps both values — so the number in the stand-up is the number in the system.

Watch each order move from New through Allocated, Picked, Packed and Shipped. Where an order stalls is usually the whole diagnosis — and exceptions are named with their reference attached, not just counted.

Two connectors are live and reconciling now. The rest are on the roadmap and marked as such — we would rather you chose us for what works than discover the gap after signing up.
Read-only access to your commerce systems, tenant isolation enforced by the database rather than by application code, and provider tokens encrypted at rest.
Every query runs with the tenant established inside the transaction. A missing tenancy raises an error rather than returning someone else's data.
LiveAES-256-GCM at the store boundary, with a versioned key held outside the database so rotation needs no downtime.
LiveUniligo never creates, edits or cancels anything in Shopify or Brightpearl. It reads orders, fulfilment orders and goods-out notes, and reports.
LiveOne queued job per tenant with an advisory lock and a hard timeout. A dead connector fails one tenant's sync, never anyone else's.
LiveLiveness separated from database readiness, with structured logs carrying tenant, job and duration on every run.
LiveSingle sign-on, tenant-level audit trail and formal certification are on the roadmap, not shipped. Ask us for current status before you scope a review.
PlannedEvery capability above is labelled Live or Planned deliberately. Nothing here is certified until the certificate exists — ask for the current security pack.

No. Access is read-only. It reads orders, fulfilment orders and goods-out notes and reports on them — nothing is created, edited or cancelled in either system.
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM at the store boundary. The key is versioned and held outside the database, so rotation does not require downtime.
Tenants share a database and are separated by Postgres row-level security, so isolation is enforced by the database rather than by remembering to add a filter in application code.
It depends on the field, and the choice is explicit. Financial status follows the storefront; stock movement and warehouse follow the ERP. Both values are always kept and the mismatch is shown rather than silently resolved.
Not yet — these are on the roadmap and are marked as Planned above. We would rather tell you that now than during your security review. Ask for the current security pack and roadmap dates.
Authorise Shopify, add Brightpearl credentials, and the first backfill runs immediately. Full order history is pulled once, then a continuous sync keeps it current. No changes to your existing systems.
Yes on Enterprise, which covers annual terms, invoicing and purchase orders. Contact sales and we will work to your procurement process.
Connect one store and see yesterday reconciled. The first backfill runs while you are still in the settings screen.
